The LaGrange Police Department’s Traffic Unit is made up of highly trained members well versed in the application of state and local traffic laws as well as traffic crash investigation. The team is comprised of two traffic investigators and one lieutenant who serves as the unit’s supervisor. The unit is responsible for conducting traffic crash investigations, to include serious injury and fatality crashes, enforcing state and local traffic laws and participating in traffic safety educational events.
