The LaGrange Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Section is made up of sixteen dedicated and highly trained members. The team includes ten detectives, a polygraphist, two administrative assistants, two Sergeants, and a Lieutenant. The section responsible for processing crime scenes, interviewing witnesses, victims, and suspects; tracking and recovering stolen property ; and compiling thorough investigative files for prosecution of appropriate offenders within the various Courts of Troup County.
