What makes a city a great place to live? When asked, most will comment efficient government, friendly people and low taxes. LaGrange, one of the greatest little cities in Georgia, offers all this and more. LaGrange is home to approximately 27,000 residents that enjoy these accommodations and full utility services provided by its local government. Located between two major interstates, I-85 and I-185, LaGrange has seen steady growth occur as a result of the regional growth related to the announcement of the car industry, KIA Motors. As the region continues to grow LaGrange will no doubt be a location explored by developers.

LaGrange provides full utility services to its residents without the need for a city property tax. The City has positioned itself to be able to provide these services through the numerous revenue generators. The level of services ranks among the highest in the State.

LaGrange is experiencing moderate development throughout the city. This development includes single family, multi-family residential and commercial development. With land availability, infrastructure and capacity, LaGrange is a developer’s delight.
